The Hollywood Sign is a landmark and American cultural icon located in Los Angeles, California.

But now I'm making my own!

Here's the Hollywood Hill without the Hollywood Sign[Don't read it out or else your tongue will get tangled] I will use in my project.

Photoshop: Pointillism Painting Effect

Pointillism is a technique of painting in which small, distinct dots of color are applied in patterns to form an image. Georges Seurat and Paul Signac developed the technique in 1886, branching from Impressionism.

But now, I can also make a pointllism painting without picking a brush.

Adding a Vibrance adjustment layer.

Pointillize the image.

Adding Paint Daubs.

Then finally add some Dust and Scratches
