食谱:素寿司
材料
米饭,海苔或紫菜,黄瓜,胡萝卜,鸡蛋,盐,糖,醋,生抽。
做法
1.米饭热好后稍稍放凉.
2.加盐,糖,醋,生抽.
3.鸡蛋打散煎成蛋皮,切丝.
4.黄瓜和胡萝卜都切条,过水.
5.放紫菜,铺上鸡蛋,黄瓜和胡萝卜.
6.卷起来切好即可.
