食谱:鲜蘑丝瓜蛋汤
材料
鲜蘑200g,丝瓜1条,鸡蛋1个,小葱1根,盐适量,鸡精少许
做法
1.丝瓜去皮、用刀削成小块
2.鲜蘑洗净、掰成小块
3.锅中水烧开,放入鲜蘑,三分钟后放入丝瓜
4.水再次翻滚后,加少许盐
5.打入一个鸡蛋,用筷子迅速搅散成蛋花
6.加少许鸡精、几滴香油调味,撒上葱花即可
